4. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we use it. Information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also update information available through your account and unsubscribe from optional marketing communications. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may request deletion of your Brocour account and associated personal information from our Account Deletion page. Some records may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No service or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here, revise the effective date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
